Belonging begins within.

Helping women build lives that feel stronger,
more intentional, and more like their own.

What is You Belong Collective?

You Belong Collective is a place to explore how we belong—
to ourselves, to one another, and to the lives we’re creating.

Through honest reflection, shared stories, practical guidance,
and coaching, we consider what matters and turn that clarity into meaningful action.

WELLNESS COACH + FOUNDER OF YOU BELONG COLLECTIVE

I’m Amy. For more than 20 years, my work has centered around people—coaching, movement, leadership, and helping others navigate change.

Along the way, I’ve experienced plenty of change myself. I’ve built a business, sold it, started over, changed direction, and learned that figuring out what comes next rarely happens in a straight line.

You Belong grew from my belief that knowing ourselves—and trusting that we have a place in the world—changes how we show up in it.

Your wellness routine should support your life—not Your wellness routine should support your life—not become another standard you feel like you’re failing to meet.

Some days you’ll have more time and energy. Other days, life will ask more of you.

That doesn’t mean your habits have to disappear.

Ask yourself: What can I do today that still supports me?

A shorter walk.
A simpler meal.
An earlier bedtime.
One quiet minute.

It all still counts.

What part of your routine could use more flexibility?

A friend recently used the phrase “vulnerability h A friend recently used the phrase “vulnerability hangover,” and I knew exactly what she meant.

It’s that feeling after you’ve opened up and the conversation is over—but it continues in your head.

Did I share too much?
Did they understand me?
Will they see me differently now?

Sometimes we truly wish we had shared less. But sometimes the discomfort isn’t telling us we made a mistake. It’s simply what it feels like to have been seen.

My friend’s honesty created space for mine. And instead of either of us needing to have the right answer, we could simply say, “I feel that, too.”

That is what meaningful conversation can do.

Vulnerability can create the very connection we’re afraid it might cost us.

Have you ever experienced a vulnerability hangover?

A few days ago, my daughter told me her coach want A few days ago, my daughter told me her coach wanted her to play more consistently. We started talking about what that word actually means.

At first, consistency can feel like criticism.

I need to be better.
I need to get it right every time.

But there is also a compliment within that word.

When someone asks for consistency, it is often because they have already seen what you can do. They know the ability is there. They are not asking you to become someone completely different. They want what they have already seen to show up more often.

Consistency is not perfection. It is learning to return to what you know, what you have practiced, and what is already within you.

That is true in sports, but also at work, in our relationships, in our health, and at home.

Where in your life might consistency actually be an invitation to trust yourself?
