  • Seasoning Mix:
  • 1 cup butter melted
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 3 teaspoons onion powder
  • Dry Mix:
  • 1 box Rice Chex cereal
  • 1/2 box Kix cereal approx.
  • Gluten-free Snyder’s pretzels amount to preference
  • 1 –2 cups mixed nuts

  • 1 Large Bowl
  • 1 Sauce pan
  • 1 Oven

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In a very large bowl, combine Rice Chex, Kix cereal, gluten-free pretzels, and mixed nuts.
  4. Pour the seasoning mixture over the dry ingredients and gently toss until everything is well coated.
  5. Spread the mix onto a large baking sheet in an even layer.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even toasting.
  7. Let cool completely before storing. Enjoy!

Notes:
Add more seasoned salt for extra bold flavor.
Substitute any gluten-free pretzels or cereals you love.
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
