I’m a wellness coach, wife, mother, and lifelong student of what helps people reconnect with themselves—their health, their confidence, and the life they want to create.
I believe wellness is about far more than exercise or nutrition. It’s about feeling at home in your own body, trusting yourself again, and finding the courage to take the next step, even when life feels uncertain.
My Story
For much of my life, I’ve been drawn to helping people grow.
I’ve worked in higher education, built and sold a successful business, raised a family, coached clients in fitness and wellness, and experienced seasons that required me to reinvent myself more than once.
Those experiences taught me something I now carry into every coaching relationship:
Real change doesn’t happen because someone hands you the perfect plan.
It happens when someone helps you believe you’re capable of taking the next step.
That’s why I created You Belong Collective.
Not simply to help people lose weight or get stronger—but to create a place where people feel supported as they reconnect with themselves during seasons of growth, challenge, and transition.

Some are navigating stress or burnout.
Some are entering a new season of life.
Others simply know they want to feel better but aren’t sure where to begin.
Rather than offering one-size-fits-all programs, I meet people where they are. Together we create realistic, sustainable habits that strengthen both body and mind.
My goal isn’t just to help you reach your goals.
It’s to help you build confidence that lasts long after we’ve finished working together.
